At Luxea Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Opened or used skincare/cosmetic products.
• Products purchased on sale or through promotional offers.
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

If your product is eligible, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and pictures of the product if applicable.
• Our team will guide you through the process and confirm eligibility.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if the product delivered is:

• Incorrect (wrong item sent).
• Damaged or defective upon arrival.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible product for another item:

• The exchange will only be processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
• If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
• If the replacement item costs less, the balance will be adjusted or refunded accordingly.
