1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver all over Lahore and across Pakistan. International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders within Lahore are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders outside Lahore (within Pakistan) are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
  • Delivery times may vary during sales, promotions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within Lahore: Standard delivery charges apply. Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount during promotions.
  • Outside Lahore: Standard courier charges will apply based on the delivery location and package weight.

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the package, and our support team will assist you.
